Overview

Steeped in History, Addington Palace was built in the 1770's. The beautiful grounds and archietectural features offer the perfect backdrop for your event. Inside the Palace boasts a range of rooms each one meticulously restored to epitomise luxury, style and elegence. The Royal Marquee is a De-Boer Structure fitted with gold dimmer chandeliers and is lined with cream fabric, with the added benefit of matching moveable partitions and heating throughout it can cater for 150 – 750 guests through out the year.

With a colourful past that pre-dates the Doomsday Book; Addington Palace is set in 163-acres of landscaped grounds in Surrey. With the added bonus of two venues onsite we are able to cater for a variety of events including Christmas Parties, Exhibitions, Gala Balls, Conferences and Weddings. The grounds available to both venues lend themselves to team building activities and barbeques, the venue is also licensed for Civil Ceremonies with excellent facilities for Wedding Receptions.

The Great Hall is the focal point of the Palace with its stunning fireplace, exquisite French chandelier, hand-carved architrave and silk wall coverings this room can seat up to 150-theatre style. Nine other rooms are also available, each room is decorated to a high standard, has many original features and all have stunning views over the gardens or golf course. This, coupled with excellent cuisine from our in-house chefs, make up all the ingredients of an event to remember.

The Royal Marquee, with its cream lining and gold chandeliers is located on the south lawn next to the magnificent Cedar of Lebanon tree, which dates back to 1781. The Royal Marquee can accommodate up to 750 banquet style, 600 theatre style or over 1000 sqm of exhibition floor space. There is a separate area inside to use for a drinks reception, cloak room or a break out area. A moveable dance floor is also available, allowing you to change the layout and dimensions to suit your requirements. There is adequate outdoor space for photos and reception drinks. A free car park is assigned providing spaces for up to 250 cars. Car park attendants will be provided to greet guests. This venue offers the facility for you to use external caterers, should you wish, as it has a fully equipped kitchen within.
